: I rented this room for my daughter on line and paid on line. I have my payment confirmation. They charged her again when she got there. I called on line and was told they took care of this and she would get her money back on checkout. They wouldn't give it back. They are crooked and in my opinion she was robbed. I will never use your site again and am going to tell everyone of my experience with them in Albuquerque. Sincerely Brian Rives

: This was the worst experiencs for my 14 yr old daughter and I! All the rooms said no smolking yet everyone was hanging in the halls drinking and smking like it was a bar, mind you this is duing the Cororna Virus outbreak and it seemed as they just let too many people in the building and there was no care or order. The rooms were filthy with hair in the shower and dust everywhere and nobody came around for house keeping to see if we needed towels or trash bags or anything even though we booked it 3 days, On our second day we had left to grab some food and by the time we got back around 8:30 our key had demagnetized and the lobby was closed so we had no way of getting back in our room for the night. While we were locked out there was a man outside of the elevator who was in his undrwear and trying to tell my daughter how he just got out of jail and just needed a place to change. We ran out of there and the next morning when we went back to to tell the staff what had happen and to get our stuff they didnt care one bit. Bottum line this is a terrable place with terrible people and I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!!!!!

: It was right off the freeway. And that's about it.
: Everything, the rooms were old and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and had wires from it poking out. The towels were dirty and looked like they had been used with stains in them! The lady that worked on the day I check out was very very rude and unprofessional!! She came to my room and started yelling at me telling me i needed to leave that I was passed my check out time!! She also threatened me and started making gestures with her hands as though she was going to hit me! Then she yelled saying she was going to call the cops on me because I was still there passed check out time! Well I'm from California and our time zone is 2 hours behind new Mexicos time zone!! When I got off the plane and to the motel I wanted to get some rest and sleep! I had forgotten to change the time on my alarm clock! And I did not put my phone on the charger as it was dead when I boarded the plane in California. I didnt realize that I was running 2 hours behind New Mexicos time zone! So checking out on my time of 11am was actually 1pm in new Mexico time! It was a simple mistake of not realizing the time difference! The lady that was yelling and threatening me was the front desk clerk! At no point in time did she allow me to speak or try to figure out what was going on! My bags were taken out of the room and thrown in the hallway while I was being escorted out of the room! Once in the hallway I was told I wasn't allowed on the property and no longer allowed to rent from there Hotel ever again! It's been the worst experience in my life to date! I called the police to make a report but was told it would be a few hours before an officer could be dispatched because it was not a high priority call! Was freaking place ever!! The Front desk clerk needs to be fired for her actions! Stay away from this place!!!

: The staff was friendly, the room was clean. Shower works well. A/C and heat work well. The tv is brand new but my wife got hurt on the wall mount as it sticks way too far out in the room. Carpet was decent. Not a bad stay if only the bed was a little more comfortable.
: Bed felt like sleeping in mid-90s camper. Too small, too thin of mattress. My arm slept way more than I did. Hoodlums in the parking lot although my car was fine the next morning. The tv was funky. Roku tv only. (Brand new though)
